# sk178704 - SmartConsole closes unexpectedly without a crash report when editing a Security Gateway object with Mobile Access enabled

## Symptoms

- SmartConsole closes unexpectedly without a crash report when editing a Security Gateway or Cluster object with the Mobile Access Software Blade enabled.

## Cause

An inconsistency in the Security Gateway / Cluster object attributes in the management database - in the 'portals' section, the parent 'sslvpn' portal attribute does not exist while the child 'CPMobile' portal attribute exists.

Most probably, this inconsistency was caused by manual changes inside the management database with a user-defined script, or in GuiDBEdit Tool.
