## Symptoms

- * The *$FWDIR/log/fwk.elg* file shows:

  ```
  
  fwk_init_vs_infra: failed to initialize vsid  <VSID>
  ```

* The output of the "`vsx stat -v`" command shows the Virtual System status as Unknown:

  ```

  ```

* The dmesg file shows:

  ```
   
  fwkdrv_vs_infra_alloc: failed to create gconn table for segment # in vsid <VSID>
  
  ```

## Cause

The system does not have sufficient available memory to start the Virtual Systems.
