## Symptoms

- Policy installation in SmartConsole fails during the verification phase with this error: "*Too many Security Gateways () in Network Objects: License is only for Security Gateways*"

## Cause

The number of configured Security Gateway and Cluster objects is greater than the number of licenses installed on the Management Server.
