## Symptoms

1. Administrator configured a Spark Firewall Appliance object and selected the version "R80.20"
2. Administrator installed on the Management Server the R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator that adds the support for Spark Appliances R81.10.x
3. Administrator configured the Spark Firewall Appliance object and selected the version "R81.10"
4. Administrator installed policy on this Spark Firewall Appliance object - policy installation succeeds
5. Administrator uninstalled from the Management Server the R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator
6. Administrator installed policy on this Spark Firewall Appliance object - policy installation fails with "internal error"
7. Administrator configured a Spark Firewall Appliance object again and selected the version "R80.20"
8. Administrator installed policy on this Spark Firewall Appliance object - policy installation still fails with "internal error"

## Cause

To support Spark Firewall Appliances with the R81.10.X versions, the R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator makes changes in the management database in the 'installstatus' table.

After you uninstall the R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator, you must remove these changes from the 'installstatus' table.
