# sk178490 - "cp.license is empty" warning on policy verification after an upgrade to R81.10

## Symptoms

- After an upgrade of Security Management server to R81.10, a "cp.license is empty" warning is seen during policy verification and when database is installed, for example:  

`
cplic_add_shared_license_imp: File /opt/CPmds-R81.10/customers/<domain_name>/CPshrd-R81.10/conf/domain_name.cp.license is empty
Security and Address Translation Policy Verification '<policy_name>'`  
`
Rules Verified OK!`
