# sk178384 - The latest logs do not appear in Full High Availability (HA) cluster

## Symptoms

- * The latest logs do not appear in Full High Availability (HA) cluster.

* *fw.log* and *fw.adtlog* are missing from FetchedFiles.

* Removing FetchedFiles with the procedure below does not fix the issue:

  ```
  
  # cpstop
  # cd $INDEXERDIR/data
  # cp FetchedFiles /var/tmp
  # rm  FetchedFiles 
  # cpstart
  ```

* The issue occurs on standalone machines with kernel 3.10.

## Cause

After each log switch, the log indexer searches for the *fw.log* file in an incorrect path and does not find it. As a result, it stops indexing new logs.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
