# sk178249 - Management API commands "show host", "show hosts", and "show simple-gateways" fail with "generic_error" when running them with "details-level full"

## Symptoms

- These Management API commands:

* `show host details-level "full"`
* `show hosts details-level "full"`
* `show simple-gateways details-level "full"`

fail with:

`code: "generic_error"`  
`
message: "Runtime error: com.checkpoint.objects.classes.dummy.CpmiSlimFwLogServers incompatible with com.checkpoint.objects.classes.dummy.CpmiLogServers"`

This problem was fixed. The fix is included starting from:

Check Point recommends to always upgrade to the most recent version ([Security Management Server](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=downloads&product=184) / [Multi-Domain Security Management Server](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=downloads&product=166) / [SmartConsole](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doShowproductpage&productTab=downloads&product=191)).

The hotfix should be installed on the Security Management Server

Workaround :  

In GuiDBEdit- Search for the GW name-\>log_servers -\> right-click and reset.
