# sk178147 - "cpstat cpsead" command fails with "The Correlation Unit can't connect to one of its Log Servers" error

## Symptoms

- The `cpstat cpsead` command shows this error message: "*The Correlation Unit can't connect to one of its Log Servers. Please make sure connectivity between the Correlation Unit and Log Server isn't blocked. There is no need to stop the job*."

## Cause

The CPSEAD process does not listen on its default TCP port 18184.
