## Symptoms

- * When authenticating using SAML, the user gets an HTTP Error 500 right after redirection to the GW from the external IDP.
* For Smartconsole An error occurred in processing the SAML response. Make sure the 'Entity ID' is correct, that the response is signed and that this is the Service Provider initiated flow.
