# sk177932 - UserCheck page does not show non-ASCII characters in URL

## Symptoms

- * After an end user enters a URL that contains non-ASCII characters, the URL does not appear. Example of non-ASCII characters: double-byte characters for the Korean language.
* If UserCheck is configured to **Ask** and the end user decides that the URL is allowed, then UserCheck redirects the end user to the root domain of the URL.
* The Blocked UserCheck page does not show the full URL. If the URL includes non-ASCII characters, the Blocked UserCheck page shows only the server domain.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
