# sk177709 - Cannot export Syslogd Audit Logs from the Security Gateway to the Security Management Server / Log Server

## Symptoms

- * The user cannot export Syslog Audit logs from the Security Gateway to the Security Management Server/Log Server.

* When the user opens SSH to the Security Gateway, these or similar logs appear:

  * "`session opened`"
  * "`session closed`"
