# sk177645 - "ImportError: No module named site" error when running the "orch_info" command on Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator

## Symptoms

- * After you upgrade from R80.20SP to R81.10 Jumbo Hotfix Take 14 and run the "`orch_info`" command on the Maestro Hyperscale Orchestrator (MHO), this error appears:

  "*ImportError: No module named site*"
* When you try to change the Maestro port type, the operation fails with:

  "*MHO-01\> set maestro port
  Failed to get the local Orchestrator ID. The local Orchestrator ID will be configured
  automatically once the Security Appliances will be plugged and up. The local Orchestrator ID
  can be configured manually by using the command 'set maestro configuration orchestrator-
  member-id'.
  NMSSG0050 0*"
* "`orch_stat --p`" works correctly in the environment.

* After you execute "`python`" in the Expert mode, this error appears:

  "*ImportError: No module named site*".

## Cause

These two variables are set in the environment:  

* PYTHONPATH
* PYTHONHOME
