# sk177643 - Incorrect destination for primary Log Servers

## Symptoms

- * A cluster/gateway tries to send logs to a Log Server that is not configured in SmartConsole.

* We can see these Log Servers under the primary Log Servers in the *$FWDIR/conf/masters* file on the gateway.

* The masters file is not locked:

  `# lsattr $FWDIR/conf/masters`

## Cause

GuiDBedit contains a different configuration.
