# sk177484 - Harmony Connect's Connector unable to connect to cloud services if FQDN is used for data and control planes

## Symptoms

- The Connector is unable to connect to control and data planes hosted by Check Point's cloud services.

## Cause

Check Point's Security Gateway was not configured to allow FQDN connection from the Connector to the data and control planes.
