# sk177363 - Export log to csv file fails in SmartView

## Symptoms

- * Exporting any log to csv file fails.

* SmartView log shows:

  `2021-12-17 12:50:25,090 WARN 1pss68ufuderu7tk0jm0qhv24 [Timer-20] (AbsTaskRunner.java:2) - task with uid {CC733E10-F67D-4268-A92C-DD68FB343E6D} reached its timeout of 3600000 milliseconds`
