# sk177345 - Harmony Browser Extension does not appear in the Edge browser

## Symptoms

- * After successfully installing the Endpoint Security Client with the Threat Emulation blade enabled, the Browser Extension does not appear in the Edge browser (Chromium-based).

* The log file `%ProgramData%\CheckPoint\Logs\TELog.log` shows the confirmation that the browser extension is successfully installed in the Edge browser:

  `[EdgeBrowserDeployment] Edge found extension key: '1', value: 'indnfmjggacaealknojjmnaadnoclllg;https://edge.microsoft.com/extensionwebstorebase/v1/crx'`
* In Windows Registry, in the folder:

  `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge\ExtensionInstallForcelist`

  the required string key "`1`" exists and contains the required value:

  `indnfmjggacaealknojjmnaadnoclllg;https://edge.microsoft.com/extensionwebstorebase/v1/crx`

## Cause

Possible reasons:  

* GPO does not allow the Harmony Web Protection browser extension.
* A Proxy server does not allow the endpoint computer to access the required URLs.
* A Firewall does not allow the endpoint computer to access the required URLs.
