# sk177145 - "fwha_ccl_local_fwd_out: dir 1, failed to send to member 1, dropping" drop when accessing the standby member through SSH

## Symptoms

- * Users cannot reach a standby Cluster Member with SSH from a non-local subnet.
* Output of the command `fw ctl zdebug + drop` on the active member shows this drop: "*fwha_ccl_local_fwd_out: dir 1, failed to send to member 1, dropping;*"
* Changing the value of the kernel parameter *fwha_forw_packet_to_not_active* to "*1*" does not resolve the issue.

## Cause

There is more than one interface configured as "cluster+sync". The use of more than one physical synchronization interface (**1st sync** , **2nd sync** , **3rd sync** ) for synchronization redundancy is **not** supported.
