# sk176963 - Tufin SecureTrack's connection to the Security Management Server fails after an upgrade from R80.30 to R80.40

## Symptoms

- * Tufin SecureTrack retrieves configurations from the R80.30 Security Management Server correctly, but after the user imports the policy package from R80.30 to a new R80.40 Security Management Server, the Tufin connection fails.

* Testing shows that the initial retrieval from Tufin SecureTrack was successful, but that after the user changes some of the configuration (host or rule), installs the database, and clicks **refresh** , this error appears:

  ```

* An error with the same object ID appears during each retrieval from the two sides (Check Point and Tufin):
