## Symptoms

- MACOS "BIG SUR" getting prompt "Check Point Firewall Would like to filter Network Content" while installing Standalone Endpoint Client E84.30 and higher

## Cause

Since macOS big Sur kernel extensions are deprecated, E84.30 contains both firewalls: kernel and system extensions. On macOS Catalina it uses a kernel ext firewall, and after the upgrade the VPN client removes the kernel ext and applies a new system ext firewall. As a result, a relevant system dialog box pops up.
