# sk176850 - "ERROR: Chassis factors are NOT equal between chassis " in the output of the "asg stat" or "asg stat -v" commands

## Symptoms

- * "`ERROR: Chassis factors are NOT equal between chassis`" in the output of the "`asg stat`" or "`asg stat -v`" commands.

* One chassis can be DOWN, but all Security Gateway Modules (SGMs) are UP / ACTIVE.

* The configuration test "`config_verify -v`" fails.

## Cause

The chassis High Availability factors in the Gaia database are inconsistent between Security Gateway Module (SGMs). The inconsistency was most likely caused because the user changed the High Availability factors in local clish, not global clish (gClish).
