# sk176725 - Policy installation fails when SAML is configured with one login

## Symptoms

- Policy installation fails with this error:  

` "Gateway: <NAME>, VPN_Clients -> Authentication Multiple Authentication Clients Settings section cannot contain Multiple Login Option object (SAML) that uses an Identity Provider as an authentication method. R81 and below Gateways are not supported with Identity Providers for VPN Clients Authentication."`
