# sk176663 - Harmony Endpoint Client for Windows on ARM processor platform support

## Symptoms

- Harmony Endpoint Client installation fails with "`This installation package is not supported by this processor type`" error.

## Cause

Harmony Endpoint products do not support ARM processor platforms. Here is an example list of devices that we do not support due to the ARM processor.  

* Surface Pro X
* HP Elite Folio
* Lenovo Flex 5G
* Acer Spin 7
* Samsung Galaxy Book S
* Samsung Galaxy Book Go

**Note:** ARM Support is available for Media Encryption and Port Protection only, starting with Harmony Endpoint Client E88.41
