# sk176485 - Migrate export fails with "Object not Found"

## Symptoms

- * Migrate export operation fails with error message

  "Failed to export:`com.checkpoint.management.coresvc.ObjectNotFoundException: Object not found - 57a8383f-05aa-4a16-b4ea-6d6bxxxxxxxx"`
* The object is not present in the database but is referenced in some of the tables.

## Cause

There is a VPN community object with an undeleted "*VpnDirectionalElement*" but it is not used by any policy.

## Solution

[Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.   
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.   
For faster resolution and verification please collect [CPinfo](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk92739) files from the Security Management and Security Gateways involved in the case.
