## Symptoms

- * Installing Access Control Policy fails with "*Policy installation failed due to missing IPS files. Please install Threat Prevention policy before re-installing Access Control policy.*"
* Installing Threat Prevention policy fails. "*Firewall policy installation must be performed before blade-specific policy installation.*"

## Cause

The issue is caused by corruption of AMW files in state directory - *$FWDIR/state/local/AMW.*
