# sk176372 - "Untrusted certificate" error is received in the User Check portal after a change of the default Certificate for Mobile Access Portal

## Symptoms

- * "Untrusted certificate" error is received in the User Check portal after a change of the default Certificate for Mobile Portal.

* Internal users do not receive access to the User Check portal after the Security Gateway sends them the Mobile Access portal Certificate.

* <br />

  Identity Collector client based on a Windows machine and connected to another IDA Gateway (in the same management) is disconnected/flapping with an "Untrusted Certificate" error.

  <br />

## Cause

The Mobile Access Blade Certificate is the default one, and it is assigned to any portal used on the Security Gateway.
