# sk176370 - CPView service causes CPU spikes and soft lockups

## Symptoms

- * Traffic drop with this reason:   

  "`instance fully utilized`".

* The messages log might show soft lockup messages with functions related to the CPView process.

* These are the functions captured by Spike Detective with "`perf`":
