# sk176308 - Creating a new VS with vsx_provisioning tool fails  with "Internal Error: failed to get vs_slot_objects"

- * vsx_provisioning tool fails with the following errors:

  `VS load sharing: A priority list was generated. Primary member set to member primary_member_name.

  `Pushing VSX Configuration to `.   
  primary_member: processed 0% of configuration...   
  standby_member: processed 0% of configuration...   
  primary_member: VSX configuration was applied successfully.   
  standby_member: VSX configuration was applied successfully.   
  Generating Topology   
  Trust established with primary_member_vs_name   
  Trust established with standby_member_vs_name   
  Internal Error: failed to get vs_slot_objects

  Failed to update object net_object_name: Object Validation Failed   
  Failed to execute line number line_number   
  Failed to commit transaction which began at line number 1

* Trying to create a VS in SmartConsole fails with: "*Name already used!*".
* Running `# vsx stat -v ` on the VSX Gateway shows the VS in the list with initial policy.
* When connecting to the main CMA using GuiDbedit, it is possible to see the cluster object and members in the "*vs_slot_object* " table. However, they are not shown for this VS in the "*network_objects*" table.

## Cause

The Virtual System was created only partially on the Management Server and Gateway.
