# sk176290 - Internet is Inaccessible after Activation  of Harmony Connect Application

## Symptoms

- * Upon the Application activation and successful connection, some applications cannot connect to the internet. For example, Zoom app prompts "*no Internet connection*".
* After opening a browser, the internet connection is resorted, and the rest of apps are connected successfully.

## Cause

Log in to SmartConsole of your account and go to **Security Policies** \> **IDA exclusion** groupsto see this policy:

It shows that all traffic from the application is redirected for authentication. This is not the desired behavior for accessing the Internet.   

When Zoom app is launched, it attempts to send an HTTP request. As the IP is not recognized by the gateway, the gateway redirects the traffic to the account Identity Provider to identify the user.   
Upon getting the redirection, the HTTPS request of Zoom app fails as it expected a different status code.   

When you open a browser, it handles the redirection and preforms authentication seamlessly by using the browser cookies. Then you have network access for all apps.
