# sk176244 - Capsule Workspace push notifications do not work when the Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration is "prompt for credentials"

## Symptoms

- Push Notifications do not work for Capsule Workspace when the user sets the SSO configuration to "prompt for credentials."

## Cause

Mobile Mail SSO format is not used when the SSO configuration is "prompt for credentials."

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R81](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R81/Default.htm) starting from Take 77
* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40](https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Jumbo_HFA/R80.40/Default.htm) starting from Take 190

If you choose not to upgrade, change the SSO configuration from "prompt for credentials" to a different configuration.  

If this is not an suitable option, [Contact Check Point Support](https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/contact-support/) to get a Hotfix for this issue.   
A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
