# sk176210 - "show package tool" script fails to complete with "Script stopped running due to severe error!" when the API does not use the default port

## Symptoms

- * The "show package tool" script fails to complete with "`Script stopped running due to severe error!`" when the API does not use the default port (port 443).

* The output from the *show_package\*.tgz* file shows:

## Cause

The user did not specify the port while running the command to run the script: `$MDS_FWDIR/scripts/web_api_show_package.sh`
