# sk176108 - Cluster member is down and running cphaprob list shows "ConnMonitor pnote" or "IAC pnote" error

## Symptoms

- Cluster state is Active/Down instead of Active/Standby. When running cphaprob list on the Down member, it shows "*ConnMonitor pnote* " or "*IAC pnote*".

## Cause

The non-Active member cannot access the Internet and therefore Internet Connection probing fails.
