# sk176004 - Adding a service to rule in the Access Control policy takes too long or makes SmartConsole crash

## Symptoms

- In some scenarios, adding an application or a service to rule in the Access Control policy takes too long or makes Smartconsole crash.

## Cause

The query for selecting Features Preset objects takes too long.
