* An upgrade from R80.10 or lower to R80.40 took place sometime (not necessarily recently) in the past.
* CPM Doctor lists "HTTPSi Rules Exist In Legacy HTTPSi Policy Check" as a warning.

## Cause

Starting R80.40, HTTPSi is managed through SmartConsole and not SmartDashboard. The data structure which represents the rules and rulebase was moved from legacy components to modern components.  
The issue is caused because during a past upgrade (to R80.40) the legacy component of HTTPSi policy called "rule" (located until ssl_rulebase in GuiDBEdit on the relevant MGMT\\CMA) was not deleted due to an issue with its update.
