## Symptoms

- * Global policy assignment fails with this error: "*Global Domain Assignment Failed: An internal error has occurred.* ".  

* In the CPM global policy assignment debug "`cpm_debug.sh -t Assign_Global_Policy`", this error shows:  

  `DATE TIME,PID ERROR services.internal.ThreatPolicySvcImpl [taskExecutor-52]: number of localAggregatorsToUpdate: 41 is not equal to protectionsToUpdate: 34 `  
  `
  DATE TIME,PID ERROR utils.runtime.CpAssert$DefaultAssertionErrorHandler [taskExecutor-52]: AssertionError has been caught: Failed to find protection aggregators to all modified protections. local aggregator count: 41, protections to update count: 34`

Missing IPS aggregators.
