## Symptoms

- ISOmorphic tool installation does not proceed beyond the appliance series selection menu when connected to the VGA port on a Smart-1 6000-XL appliance.

## Cause

Plugging into the VGA port rather than the Serial port when trying to image a Smart-1 6000-XL appliance allows the user to see the ISOmorphic menu to select appliances, but does not enable them to proceed beyond it.
