# sk175524 - Capsule Workspace users fail to access some file sharing folders and web applications.

## Symptoms

- Capsule Workspace (CWS) users fail to access some file sharing folders and web applications that are located behind a Mobile Access Gateway when:

* Mobile Access portal URL is configured to have a hostname with wildcard certificate.
* Capsule Workspace (CWS) client created the site using the IP address of the Mobile Access Gateway.

## Cause

The client is configured to use two different portals: one IP address portal and one host name portal.  
This is the link for the file share app that is configured by the Mobile Access Gateway administrator:  
*https://\<hostname\>/Portal/AccessFileShare?Server=x.x.x.x\&Share=username\&Path=\&Type=0*
