# sk175407 - In SmartView Monitor "Gateway Status" view, the "Status" column shows "Problem" and the "Disk Free %" column shows the wrong value

## Symptoms

- In SmartView Monitor "Gateway Status" view, for the selected Security Gateway object:

1. The "`Status`" column shows "`Problem`"

2. The "`Disk Free %`" column shows the value that does not match the "`Free`" data in the "`Disk`" table (in the lower pane) or output of the "`df`" command

## Cause

The "`Disk Free %`" column refers to the free disk space only in the root "/" partition.

There are different partitions with their own used and free disk space.

The free disk information for the root "/" partition includes the data of other partitions because they are contained in it.

It is possible that a certain partition, for example **/var/log**, is full beyond the configured threshold. As a result, SmartView Monitor shows "Problem" in the "Status" column, although there is enough free disk space on the disk.

## Solution

No fix is required. The system is functioning as designed.
