# sk175206 - Upgrade to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator take_120 causes issues with unsupported DHCP configuration

## Symptoms

- * After upgrade to R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator, kernel debug `fw ctl zdebug + drop | grep :67` shows these drops: "`fw_handle_first_packet Reason: fwconn_key_init_links (INBOUND) failed;`" "`fw_handle_first_packet Reason: fwconn_key_init_links (OUTBOUND) failed;`"
* The DHCP rulebase is not configured according to the documentation in [sk104114](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk104114&partition=Advanced&product=ClusterXL,) "Relay using new services"

## Cause

Because the DHCP relay rulebase is not configured according to the documentation in [sk104114](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk104114 "Configuration of IPv4 BOOTP/DHCP Relay using new services"), the firewall drops the packet.
