# sk175185 - R80.40 Security Gateway with SIP traffic or Anti-Virus configured crashes

## Symptoms

- * Security Gateway with Threat Emulation and Anti-Virus crashes and generates a *vmcore* file.
* A Security Gateway with SIP traffic crashes when under high load or during policy installation, and generates a *vmcore* file.

## Cause

The crash is caused by the way that the Security Gateway's memory handles objects.

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
