# sk175144 - Mobile Access portal doesn't pass Radius framed ip attribute

## Symptoms

- Mobile Access portal doesn't pass Radius framed ip attribute.

## Cause

In Mobile Access flow, the authentication process that generates the RADIUS packet does not have the user's public/source IP address.  

**Note:** This issue can occur in a VSX environment.

## Solution

A Support Engineer will make sure the Hotfix is compatible with your environment before providing the Hotfix.
