# sk175091 - Full Disk Encryption blade is stuck in the "Unencrypted" state

## Symptoms

- * Full Disk Encryption blade is stuck in the "Unencrypted" state.
* The encryption type is BitLocker.
* In the Endpoint Security client UI -\> under FDE blade -\> the "Encryption Status" is shown "Decrypted".
* In Win_Nem.log the following error appears:   
  Date Time root \[info \] Volume: : is encrypted 100% without protectors \[BitlockerConfigurator::IsPreEncrypted\]   
  Date Time root \[warni\] Volume: : has encryption suspended \[Nem::Reporting::NemReporter::AddVolumeStatus\]
