# sk174910 - Failed to login to the Domain Management Server from the Multi-Domain Server with "General error" or "Failed to Connect to server" error

## Symptoms

- * Connection from the Multi-Domain Server dashboard to the Domain Management Server dashboard fails with error: "*General error* " or "*Failed to Connect to server*" error

* GUI debug shows:

* Global Policy Assignment fails with "Failed to connect to FWM"

## Cause

SSO to the Domain in multi-site environment fails.
