## Symptoms

- Endpoint policy installation fails with generic server error after upgrade to / clean install R80.40 Jumbo Hotfix Take 119.

## Cause

Some x86 and x64 files were mixed with Take 119 installation.

## Solution

This problem was fixed. The fix is included in:

* [Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator for R80.40](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk165456) starting from Take 120

<br />

If you choose not to upgrade, to resolve the problem, swap the *$CPDIR/lib/libResolver.so* and *$CPDIR/lib64/libResolver.so* files.

To do so:

1. Download the [sk174846_lib_swap.sh](https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?action=portlets.DCFileAction&eventSubmit_doGetdcdetails=&fileid=116904) script to your computer.

2. Grant executable credentials to script by running
   `# chmod 777 sk174846_lib_swap.sh`

3. Run the script: `# ./sk174846_lib_swap.sh`

**Notes:**

* This script will run "*cpstop;cpstart*". You have to agree to this (press "Y").
* The problem is relevant only to R80.40.
