# sk174587 - Application Control and URL Filtering update is stuck at 70%

## Symptoms

- * The Application Control and URL Filtering update is stuck at 70% until the user runs `cpstop;cpstart`.

* The CPM.elg shows:  
  `DATE TIME,468 INFO services.internal.AppUpdateSvcImpl [qtp-925481267-164]: Update all APPI Update Task Notification, percent: 70, status: INPROGRESS, statusText:Running post update actions, detailsText:null`  
  `DATE TIME,542 INFO services.internal.AppUpdateSvcImpl [qtp-925481267-164]: Calling assign domain for Log Domain on APPI domain`  
  `DATE TIME,494 ERROR utils.runtime.CpAssert$DefaultAssertionErrorHandler [taskExecutor-11]: `  
  **AssertionError has been caught: Default Lock object for domain id 31ab94da-4ab1-5da9-a03d-ddddddaaaaaa and type b7da5a5b-9860-4c0f-89a3-9bd7b0a083a2 is not found in the database.**

## Cause

There are missing database records in the "*lockdefaultobject* " table in the Log domain.
