# sk174585 - Rad causing high CPU usage with "Failed to parse CP Site Response" message seen in logs.

## Symptoms

- RAD experiencing timeouts. Logs show "Failed to parse CP Site Response." Firewall experiences high CPU utilization on RAD process. Anti-Malware is not enabled on the gateway.

## Cause

The amws service is running two scheduled tasks by design to delete entries from the rad kernel cache. One task runs every 30 minutes and the other every 2 hours.  

The task is not supposed take action when Anti-Malware and URLF are disabled.
