## Symptoms

- * When a rule with 'Any' is applied in Application/Categories, traffic is not matched and the log has no category.
* The URLF log shows the error message "`"Invalid CRL Retrieved, No valid CRL"`"
* HTTPS Inspection shows the same error message in the URLF log.
* The debug shows:

  ```
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_Validation::CheckRevocation_cb: vrc: -990, elevel: 0
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_Validation::call_callback: called
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_Validation::SetCrlError: called: crl_error_str == NULL
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_urlf_validation_handler_cb: called. validation rc: -990, error level: 0 revalidate 1610451286
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_urlf_validation_handler_cb: kernel_instance: 0 conn_id 8480360
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024] ResultWithCRL: called
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]cptls_Validation::ResultWithoutCRL: called
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024] ResultWithCRL: check CRLs 2, IsRevoked: -990
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]CptlsUrlfCertificate::notifyValidationResult: validation result code: -990 level: 0, notify count: 0
  [wstlsd 29028 4125547024]CptlsUrlfCertificate::notifyValidationResult: level: 0, error: No Valid CRL..
  ```

* When configuring the rule as an Extended/Details log, *Applications/Categories* appears.

## Cause

When users set a general rule as a cleanup rule, or set a rule with just HTTP and HTTPS services, they should not send a log about Applications and Categories.Instead, users shouldperform accept/drop according to the rule action.
