# sk174405 - "Spec Test" fails after reboot

* The built-in diagnostic tool from the boot menu, does not give output for the spec_test check.
* The same issue occurs on the second member.
* There are no spec_test errors in /var/log/messages.

## Cause

The test fails when it checks lom connectivity. This happens due to:   

* An installation error of the `os_lom_utils` in the diagnostic partition installation
* A missing file, `libtinfo.so.5`, that is copied to the machine in a later part of the installation
