# sk174256 - Cannot edit the management object of a domain migrated from a Multi-Domain Server to a Security Management Server

## Symptoms

- * The CPM Doctor shows a failure in the "LegacyServer Name and IP Check" test.
* When editing the management object of a domain that was migrated from a Multi-Domain Server to a Security Management Server, we get a validation error, but there are no errors in the validation pane.
* $MDS_FWDIR/log/cpm.elg shows:  

  ```

## Cause

The user domain has values in the "legacyservername" and "legacyserverip" fields, in the "domainserver_data table". These fields must be empty for the user domain in a Security Management Server and are leftovers from the domain migration.
