# sk174124 - Apache randomly does not start after "cpstart" is run on the Endpoint Security Server

## Symptoms

- * Apache randomly does not start after `cpstart` is run on the Endpoint Security Server.
* Each time that you execute the following commands, the value increases:   
  `uepm_stop && uepm_start`   
  `ipcs -s | tail -n +4 | head -n -1 | tr -s ' ' | cut -d' ' -f33 | sort | uniq -c | sort -nr`
