# sk174004 - Creating a user through the Security Group's WebUI causes a database inconsistency

## Symptoms

- Creating a user through the WebUI of a Security Group with the `# config_verify -v` command causes an inconsistency in the database between the Security Gateway Modules (SGMs).

## Cause

The user was added with a different password hash for each member.
